Who we are
Teòmach Design is a small, senior practice founded and led by Tom Inglis. We span product management, service design and solutions architecture — the disciplines a large organisation usually splits across separate people. Unless we say otherwise, take “we” to mean the team in aggregate: senior practitioners, not a layer of management above them.
The experience behind that is senior. We’ve led product, user-centred design and delivery teams delivering complex, high-risk services for UK government — at SECRET, answering to government’s most senior security leadership — and been responsible for services the country depends on. We bring that judgement, and the calm that comes with it, to smaller and faster work.
We also build and run services of our own — Cenefits and Offmon — so we know what it takes to operate a service, not just deliver one.

How we engage

Buy through DOS7 — RM1043.9
We’re an approved supplier on the government’s Digital Outcomes and Specialists (DOS7) framework, so a public body can bring us in through a pre-approved commercial route — a defined outcome or specialist resource — without running a full open procurement.
You can engage us through DOS7 or outside IR35. Our rate is £600 per person, per day, plus VAT, or a defined piece of work can be scoped to a fixed fee, agreed up front. We work flexibly across named consultancy engagements and embedded contract work.
At those rates, a working service is usually a few weeks of senior time — the kind of build a traditional supplier would scope at hundreds of thousands of pounds. In a tight budget year, that gap is the point.
