Accessibility statement

We design services for organisations that can’t afford to leave people out, so we hold our own site to the same standard. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We’re not legally required to — this is a private practice — but accessibility is part of the discipline we sell, so we commit to it deliberately.

What we’ve built in

  • Semantic HTML with clear landmarks and a logical heading order.
  • A “skip to content” link and visible keyboard focus throughout.
  • Full keyboard operability — no mouse required.
  • Colour contrast that meets AA, and meaning never carried by colour alone.
  • Labelled form fields, with errors and confirmations announced to screen readers.
  • Layouts that reflow at 320px wide and at 400% zoom without loss of content.
  • Reduced motion respected for anyone who prefers it.

Reporting a problem

If you find something that doesn’t work for you, please tell us — we’ll do our best to put it right. Email [email protected] and let us know the page and what went wrong.

Known limitations

We’re not currently aware of any significant accessibility barriers on this site. If we become aware of any, we’ll list them here with our plan to fix them.
